Directions:

Leave the M42 at Junction 9.

At the Island at the top of the slip road take the A446 towards Coleshill. 

At the next island turn left - this is signposted Hams Hall. as you drive down the dual carriageway you'll see a white farm house on the opposite side of the road. we are here.

Do a 180 at the next island. on entering the far gate bear left through the gate signed Units then bear right. we are the second large barn on the right.
